We a group of Rakhine people are continuing the program that is to give the British Council Library Member Card Scholarship (one year library card) to five people every month. This is the second time for the program.
To be able to study English using the materials at the British Council effectively is our aim. It is known that being a library member at the BC (British Council) gives many great chances to improve English Skills in a short time, and also it is not easy for everyone to be a member there since the member fee is high comparing to other libraries.
Therefore, the people who are eager and enthusiastic in studying English at the library are welcome to apply for this scholarship. Please pass this information to the people who would be interested in this program.
The deadline for the application form is August 31 and the candidates who are chosen will be informed within a week and will be asked again for the process of being a member at the BC library.
Those who applied last month must resubmit the application form if you wish to be considered for August.
